Kimberly Hoyle is the Director of Business Development and Marketing for Detroit-based architecture firm Hamilton Anderson Associates (HAA). With her expertise in sales and professional management, she helps develop, coordinate and implement strategic business development and marketing plans for the firm to discover and secure new opportunities across the design and architecture industry.
Her roles and responsibilities include identifying strategic opportunities to improve the market position of the firm, developing and directing the proposal response process, and collaborating with the leadership team to create, implement and meet firm objectives.
Her professional experience includes more than 15 years in sales, communications and marketing for both privately-held and public companies including Hampshire Designers, Inc., in New York City and the Sprint Nextel Corporation.
Kim plays an active role in several business and community organizations such as the Detroit Economic Club, Society for Marketing Professional Services (Michigan Chapter), and National Association of Women Business Owners. She also serves as a board member of the Black Family Development, Inc., Youth Development Commission and as Board President of the Michigan Garment Industry Council.
Kim earned a B.B.A. in Marketing and B.A. in Japanese during her time at Eastern Michigan University.
